I ordered this cup on February 3rd and it arrived at my house on March 1st. Almost a full month. I understand it came from a country across the world but it took weeks to fulfill the order to even think about shipping it. Shipping took the least amount of time.

The hoodie is exsctly as advertised and is amazing quality. However, the hoodie came with some residue on it (came off immediately when washed) and there are no washing instructions that I found. It could’ve just been hidden, but I did not see it. Overall amazing experience and produce. 8/10!!!

I noticed after I purchased the cup, that I had the wrong information on file. As soon as I messaged them, they were so quick to get back to me. They delivered on time, and there was nothing wrong with the package. I will definitely more items from them in the future.

Honestly I wasn’t familiar with the company so I didn’t know the quality. Well, when I received our cup, I was pleasantly surprised! Amazing quality. My daughter is going to be ecstatic for her new personalized Hello Kitty tumbler! It’s just as pictured with a satin finish. I love it. And you can tell that the tumbler will wash well too. LOVE!

I chose this brand because I felt like it would be good quality (I chose the comfort colors version) compared to other options I was seeing on other websites for half the price (Etsy had like 30 options way cheaper and all listed as different products by different sellers but each single on of them with the same pics -suspicious). I was not wrong, this T-shirt is elite quality and the printed image is exactly as depicted, not pixelated or anything. Just FYI, the charcoal has a blue undertone to it, it is not straight off gray. I reslly love it!! Would definitely choose this brand if buying this kind of t-shirt again, although also beware that I had to pay like 6 euro in customs (which is like not significant in terms of price but in Spain is a bit of a pain because you are not notified beforehand and you need to give it in cash and the for exact amount to the courier).

I ordered a Large as well as the boyfriend fit for my girlfriend and it was definitely not a large although the tag said large. It was between a womans medium and small. Get a XL or XXL if you want an actual large shirt
