Honestly I wasn’t familiar with the company so I didn’t know the quality. Well, when I received our cup, I was pleasantly surprised! Amazing quality. My daughter is going to be ecstatic for her new personalized Hello Kitty tumbler! It’s just as pictured with a satin finish. I love it. And you can tell that the tumbler will wash well too. LOVE!

You would think this would be a nice soft sweatshirt material. It's not. It does have a cotton type line but it is a scratchier polyester material on the outside. Also, comes directly from China.
I get so many compliments when I wear this shirt!
